Quarter 1: Overcoming Obstacles to Leadership


Month 1: Face-to-Face Training – 13th November 2025

- Theme: Self-awareness and authentic leadership

- Activities: Interactive workshops to define the leadership task, address imposter syndrome & other barriers to taking up leadership and to explore the concept of Authentic Leadership..


Month 2: Webinar

- Theme: Authenticity & Leadership

- Content: Discussions on identifying authentic leadership traits and aligning them with organisational values. Interactive Q&A session.


Month 3: Online 1:1 Coaching

- Focus: Personal reflection on what it means to take up authority. Address individual challenges.


Quarter 2: Setting and Managing Culture


Month 1: Face-to-Face Training – 12th February 2026

- Theme: Management vs. Leadership

- Activities: Introducing the concept of culture, cultural currency and how these can be managed.  Develop skills in setting, managing and developing culture in teams & organisations.


Month 2: Webinar

- Theme: Understanding Roles and Authority

- Content: Case studies on aligning culture and vision & addressing subcultures.


Month 3: Online 1:1 Coaching

- Focus: Practical development of culture in teams.


Quarter 3: Management of Safeguarding and Regulatory Compliance (A Leaders Perspective).


Month 1: Face-to-Face Training – 14th May 2026

- Theme: Introducing the concept of the strategic management of standards, active management of relationships with outside agencies and how to respond a crisis.

- Activities: Hands-on workshops on dealing with dynamic effects of a safeguarding issue and how managers approach regulation and inspection.


Month 2: Webinar

- Theme: The role of the leader in managing relatinships with outside agencies in a crisis.

- Content: Practical management of safeguarding risks.


Month 3: Online 1:1 Coaching

- Focus: Safeguarding and regulatory principles.


Quarter 4: Psychodynamic Principles in Leadership


Month 1: Face-to-Face Training - 9th July 2026

- Theme: Projection, containment, and anxiety in leadership

- Activities: Exploring the role of psychodynamic principles in management and supervision. Role-playing scenarios.


Month 2: Webinar

- Theme: Managing Staff Dynamics

- Content: Webinars on transference and countertransference with practical examples.


Month 3: Online 1:1 Coaching

- Focus: Direct application of psychological insights in personal management style.
