Tom’s career spans hands-on work with young people, transformative leadership at specialist providers like Young Foundations—where he doubled its reach with an innovative care model—and the founding of Ellison Lynd Consulting in 2022. His focus on supporting vulnerable youth, particularly those with mental health challenges, combined with degrees in Psychology and qualifications in Management Studies and Strategic Management, equips him to guide organisations toward excellence. Currently, as Non-Executive Chair at AMMA Childcare Ltd and a contributor to the National Centre for Excellence in Residential Childcare, Tom brings a wealth of insight to every engagement.
